Does my print come with a frame?
No. Our current map prints are sold unframed. Frames and other accessories in the photographs are for styling.
Which sizes can I order?
A5, A4, A3 and A2. See our print size guide for exact dimensions and paper information.
Are all colour themes available for my location?
Each listing offers 19 themes. The location photographs show Forest. The final colour comparison uses London as an example of the palettes; your print will show the location selected in the listing.
Can I personalise a print?
Use the personalisation options on the product page where they are offered. If the page does not offer the change you need, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible. Please check any submitted wording and dates carefully.
When will my order be dispatched?
Within 1–3 working days of receiving the order and any required personalisation details. Delivery follows dispatch. See delivery and dispatch for charges and further details.
Why might my prints arrive separately?
A2 orders are fulfilled by an external print partner. An order containing different sizes may arrive in more than one package.
Can I return a print?
Standard prints have applicable online cancellation rights, even when printed to order. Clearly personalised or bespoke goods have different change-of-mind rules. Faulty, damaged and incorrect goods remain covered. Read our returns and refunds policy.
My order has arrived damaged or has not arrived. What should I do?
